Property Maintenance Officer (Permanent) 35 hour per week, Monday to Friday

Grade 7, £34,869-£37,650 (plus 5.75% increase from 1 April 2023)

Job purpose:

To work within our subsidiaries’ factoring and commercial letting team, working to ensure that properties owned and managed by us are maintained to the highest level.

Providing a customer focussed repairs and maintenance service (including liaising and managing contractor performance, property inspections, insurance claims, etc.).

Supporting major repair and improvement projects.

Essential criteria:

  • Experience working in a property or construction environment.
  • Qualified to HND in relevant background (or have equivalent work experience).
  • Understanding of (1) health & safety, (2) repairs and maintenance, and (3) CMD responsibilities

You will:

  • be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and committed to excellent customer service.
  • have excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • be adaptable with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • be calm under pressure and work to achieve a positive outcome for customers.
