Scotland’s Housing Network is the largest housing benchmarking network and practice exchange organisation in Scotland. We have over 130 Local Authority and Registered Social Landlords as members and have experienced significant growth in recent years. Our purpose is drive up the standards of housing services across Scotland by identifying and sharing good practice. We are a registered charity in Scotland.
We are seeking to recruit a forward thinking, dynamic and self-motivated person to join our team. The new Service Improvement Manager will be personable, enthusiastic and have an unwavering commitment to quality standards and performance improvement. We are looking for an individual with excellent presentation skills and strong digital skills; with the ability to critically appraise and be imaginative and a desire to continually review and improve the services they deliver.
The successful candidate will have substantial experience in the Scottish social housing sector, specifically working within or with RSLs. Knowledge and experience in Development and/or Asset Management would be advantageous.
The post is based centrally in Edinburgh but there is scope for agile working, there will be a requirement to travel throughout Scotland.
