Scotland’s Housing Network is the largest housing data insight and benchmarking network and practice exchange organisation in Scotland. We have over 130 Local Authority and Registered Social Landlords as members and have experienced significant growth in recent years. Our purpose is drive up the standards of housing services across Scotland using data intelligence and by identifying and sharing good practice. We are a registered charity and operate a ‘member first’ approach in everything that we do.

We are seeking to recruit a forward thinking, dynamic and self-motivated person to join our team. The new Service Improvement Manager will be personable, enthusiastic and have an unwavering commitment to quality standards and performance improvement. We are looking for an individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills; with the ability to critically appraise and be imaginative and a desire to continually review and improve the services they deliver.

The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive and responsive data service that is valued by SHN members. You will use your innovative approach to transform our data driven services and solutions for the benefit of all SHN members and internal colleagues – with a focus on using data as a continuous improvement tool. You will support our member to use their data, and that of their peers, as an asset.

The post offers agile working, with an Edinburgh hub, there will be a requirement to travel throughout Scotland.
