SBHA is seeking an Asset Manager

Salary Commences £40,031 to £44,479 per annum

As part of our commitment to Great Places we have created a new role that will assist the Asset Planning Lead in shaping our future investment plans for our 5,600 homes across the Scottish Borders. We believe that everybody matters and our investment programme plays a significant role in the quality of people’s lives and addressing inequality. You will provide key services to contribute to designing our investment of around £50m over the next 5 years including robust stock condition information, technical specifications and procurement.
