SBHA is seeking an Asset Planning Lead

Salary Commences £54,042 to £60,047 per annum


As part of our commitment to Great Places we have created a new role that will lead the team shaping our future investment our 5,600 homes across the Scottish Borders. We believe that everybody matters and our investment programme plays a significant role in the quality of people’s lives and addressing inequality. You will inspire and lead a team designing our investment of around £50m over the next 5 years and playing your part in ensuring we provide high quality, safe places to live and thrive – exceeding national standards.

Are you are committed to always improving, being creative, innovative and insightful; passionate about sustainability, the use of technology and net zero for homes? Do you have an excellent level of technical insight to inform, design and procure our programmes that ensure our homes are fit for the future? If so we’d love to hear from you. Along with being a great collaborator and able to lead your team to work to our value of delivering excellence together you’ll work with colleagues, tenants and stakeholders to ensure our investment plans are deliverable. You’ll also be our technical expert on asset and health and safety programmes and standards – harnessing a culture of taking responsibility.
