The Children’s Hearings System provides the operational setting in which SCRA and our partner agencies work. The aim is to provide a safety net for vulnerable children and deliver tailored solutions which meet the needs of the individuals involved, while helping to build stronger families and safer communities.

As part of the IT Team, you will act as single point of contact for incoming calls and emails from internal users, assisting end users with technical and process queries across hosted and in house services, assigning incidents and requests to the appropriate 2nd and 3rd line teams as required. You will liaise with our external ICT suppliers and remote support companies and provide operational oversight of IT service support to ensure that our service users receive an excellent service.

Educated to HNC, or with 2 years’ experience in a technical role. You will ideally have a keen interest in technology, together with excellent organisational and customer service skills.
