About the role

You will lead and direct our policy and performance processes, improving organisational capabilities and ensuring alignment with our organisational strategy and measurement of our progress against strategic and operational goals.

We have approximately 280 staff across four Directorates. Our stakeholders are wide and varied including registrants, employers, other public bodies, social care sector agencies and the third sector.

We have many technical and data experts and many different data sets. You will work across departments to set up a corporate approach to data use and develop partnership working with other public bodies to use data and share intelligence.

About you

You will be educated to degree level in a relevant subject with well-developed influencing, organisational and problem-solving skills plus substantial proven ability in programme management, continuous improvement and leading change.

As an experienced manager, you will be used to working with people at a senior level with the ability to apply professional judgement to complex issues, provide strategic and operational oversight, present balanced findings and deliver realistic and workable solutions.
