If you love helping people, are looking for a rewarding role, a new challenge or are thinking about a career change and a move to the Health and Social Care sector- then we have the perfect role for you!

About Sense Scotland and your new role

We are currently recruiting for staff across our Dundee services. Whether you want to begin your career, looking for your first job opportunity or build upon previous experience, we have the perfect role for you. If you are nurturing, resilient, enthusiastic, reflective, adaptable and have a genuine passion for the work we do within Sense Scotland, then this is the perfect opportunity for you.

You will work in a vibrant environment with onsite managers and amazing support from colleagues, who all have the same aim; to deliver the best quality care and support. You will work directly with adults supporting them to participate in activities and develop life skills such as communication, social skills, and ultimately their independence. We work to meet the needs and agreed outcomes of the people supported, working closely with their family and support teams to provide a person-centred package of care. This might include assisting with their personal care needs, the management of their household such as budgeting and meal planning or administration of their medication.

Though there can be times the people we support behave in a way you may find challenging, we offer a robust support system to all our staff, with ongoing training, staff supervision, and access to learning and development courses to ensure you can develop your skills and experience.
