Sistema Scotland’s vision is to improve lives and strengthen communities. Working with children and their families, the programme is focused on early intervention and stimulating generational social change, increasing confidence, aspiration, community cohesion, pride and developing high level skills in the young people involved. We deliver our work through the creation of Big Noise programmes within communities, and currently run five programmes in Govanhill, Glasgow, Raploch in Stirling, Torry in Aberdeen, Douglas in Dundee and Wester Hailes Edinburgh.

You will support the Head of Centre,and as part of the Big Noise Govanhill Senior Team, to ensure high quality procedures, processes and operational functions are embedded to maximise the success of the programme. A skilled project manager, you will also have experience of working with communities and volunteers, and will have a passion for music, along with the belief in the impact and transformative power it has for children and the wider community.

This is a permanent part-time job share post, working a Wednesday and Thursday 9am to 5pm (with one hour unpaid lunch break) and a Friday 9am to 12.30pm.
