Sistema Scotland’s vision is to transform lives with music. We deliver our work through the creation of Big Noise programmes within communities, and currently run four programmes in Raploch in Stirling, Govanhill in Glasgow, Torry in Aberdeen and Douglas in Dundee.
This is a unique opportunity to join our Big Noise Torry team as the Operations Manager, supporting the Team Leader to ensure high quality procedures, processes and operational functions are embedded to maximise the success of the programme and transformative power it has for children and the wider community.
A skilled project manager, you will also have experience of working with children/young people and volunteers, and will have a passion for music, along with the belief in the impact and transformative power it has for children and the wider community.
