Network Delivery Co-ordinator, Scotland

£26,985 per annum (Ref: SUS2372)

37.5 hours per week - based in Edinburgh

This exciting role will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of infrastructure projects that develop, extend and improve the National Cycle Network (NCN) and other strategic routes and networks in Scotland.

This will include developing and managing a range of initiatives across Scotland in partnership with communities, local authorities and other public and third sector agencies a key outcome of which will be to drive up usage of the NCN.

Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent, you will have experience of project management and delivery, of line management and of working with behavioural change/engagement projects. With excellent written and verbal communications skills and experience of partnership working with key stakeholders, you will have good interpersonal, presentation and report writing skills, the ability to motivate others and experience of working within budgets and to deadlines. Commitment to the active use and promotion of sustainable transport is essential as is a knowledge of best practice in infrastructure design for cyclists and pedestrians in urban and rural environments.
