Job purpose & responsibilities:

As the Internal IT Manager your role is imperative to the day to day running of our business, reporting to the Director of Finance you will be responsible for the management and maintenance of the overall IT infrastructure, cloud services and all end user devices.

In addition to this, you will contribute fully as a member of WSHA’s Leadership Team and have responsibility for the Internal IT Team, therefore strong leadership and coaching skills are a must. On a day to day basis you will be expected to liaise with internal and external customers, as well as our 3rd party suppliers, this means you will have to be a great communicator who can establish a rapport quickly and build great long standing relationships.
