About the Role

You will play a key role in the supervision and mentoring of the IT Team which consists of an IT Support Officer and an Business Information Officer. You will assist and guide them to develop and deliver IT systems, and data management and reporting improvements across the whole of the organisation. Digitalisation is an integral part of the Association’s strategy so you will play an important part in delivering effective, efficient and value for money services for our tenants, customers and staff.

The successful candidate will:

· Have the ability to lead, develop and motivate a team to achieve high standards

· Be able to analyse and diagnose complex problems and implement effective IT solutions

· Have the ability to articulate your vision clearly when speaking and presenting to varied audiences and build positive relationships and rapport with both internal and external customers

· Have the experience of working with and supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows Server environments
