You will lead and co-ordinate the Housing Services Team to ensure the Association provides a high-quality tenancy management service that enhances the environment and quality of life for our communities. With a customer centred and flexible approach, you with ensure that Tenancy & estate management, anti-social behaviour and lettings are effectively implemented, while promoting tenant and community involvement across our estates.

Requiring an in-depth knowledge of Housing Management Policies procedures and issues, you will have experience in providing regular and robust reports to senior management, including collating performance management information for the ARC return.

You will also have excellent communication skills with proven experience of preparing cases of legal action including liaising with solicitors in relation to court action that is necessary. You should possess a track record of implementing and managing projects and programmes as well as experience of leading others to monitor and deliver continuous improvement across housing management services.
