Team Leader - Connect For Change

Connect for Change is a multidisciplinary service covering South Ayrshire. It is an innovative and visionary service, which uses assertive outreach and intensive support as a way of engaging with people affected by alcohol or drug use who may be at high risk of dropping out of mainstream services, or those who have never engaged. The team includes NHS Mental Health Nurses, Occupational Therapy, Recovery Workers and Lived Experience Support Workers who work together to ensure that people are provided with the required support in the most accessible and responsive way.

What we’re looking for

We are looking for a visionary leader, someone who is able to create and sustain change, forge and lead partnership working both within their multidisciplinary team and externally across South Ayrshire to ensure that people are able to receive accessible and responsive support. As the person will be responsible for the day to day line management of a multidisciplinary team including clinical staff then clinical experience is also required for this post.

This is a permanent full time role for 37.5 hours per week.
