Senior Care Worker – Fife

We are you looking for a Senior Care Worker to be based in our Fife Service

Driver Required for the post

£9.65 - £10.86 per hour and paid mileage

The successful candidate must be fully flexible and will work 5 days over 7 with On Call duties included on a rota basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Care Worker to join our team in Fife. We are looking for an individual who is solutions focused and are capable of balancing a number of conflicting priorities whilst remaining professional and delivering the highest possible levels of service delivery. As a Senior Care worker you will provide hands on support in the community as the link between the People we Support, Customers and Care Workers. You will also attend reviews, complete spot checks, be an integral part of support planning to provide the best outcomes to the individuals we support.

You will be logical, analytical, organised and pay attention to detail. Resilience, confidence and communication skills are key. You will be capable of working within a regulatory framework and seek to ensure the highest standards of care are at the heart of every aspect of our service.

We require someone who has previous homecare experience and due to the nature of our work and location you must be a driver with access to a vehicle. You will be required to participate in the on call rota, which will include evenings, nights and weekends. You may also be required to deliver care services at short notice as part of your “on call” responsibilities.
