Our amazing #TeamForrestWalk in Uphall, West Lothian are on the lookout for new colleagues on a permanent part-time (up to 30 hours) and relief basis to join them! So if you’re caring, reliable and have a great sense of humour, you could be just who we’re looking for to complete our team.


Our current rate of pay is £10.02 per hour, but we have an exciting pay award pending of £10.50 per hour which will be backdated to 1st April 2022.​​​​​​​


The Role


You’ll become part of a fun, friendly team who provide residential, respite and day care support to individuals with various disabilities and additional support needs.


Your main aim will be supporting each individual with all aspects of their daily living. You’ll also play a huge part in supporting them with their hobbies and interests too, including cooking, baking, dominoes, basketball, going for walks and trips to the local pub.


About You


You don't need experience to start your career with us; we recruit on values and transferrable skills. We'll pay you for your training and give you all the practical skills you'll need. We'll even fund your SVQ qualification too!​​​​​​​

Shift Patterns


As we're dedicated to providing around the clock support tailored to the needs of each individual. Shift patterns include early mornings, days, evenings, waking nights and sleepovers which will involve working weekends and public holidays on a rotational basis.
