​​​​​​​We recruit on values and transferrable skills, so you don't need experience or qualifications to start your career with us. We have our own Training Academy that'll give you all the skills you'll need, including the opportunity to complete a fully funded SVQ Level 3.


The Role


With a focus on maintaining and promoting independence, you will work in a person-centred way to provide support in all aspects of daily living, including cooking and preparing meals, personal care, administering medication and managing personal finances. You’ll be enthusiastic and take an active interest in their hobbies which includes getting out for walks, arts and crafts, reading, going shopping, watching movies at the cinema and going to the disco for a dance. 

To be a great Support Practitioner, we'll need you have;

  • Great communication skills.
  • Able to think outside the box.
  • Caring attitude and approach.
  • Positive approach to learning.
  • Able to follow guidelines.
  • Confidence in the use of technology.


Shift Patterns


We provide tailored support 24 hours, 7 days a week and can include early mornings, afternoons, evenings and sleepovers.


Our sleepover shifts do not form part of your contracted hours, so you will receive an additional payment of £80.16 for an 8 hour sleepover or £90.18 for a 9 hour sleepover​​​​​​​.
