Crossroads Caring Scotland provides care and support to enable people to remain in their own home. Established as a charity in Scotland in 1978, we have services across Scotland and pride ourselves in the support we provide each other as a team and our not-for-profit ethos.

We are seeking to appoint a Service Co-ordinator to assist teams in delivering a quality service in Moray and Nairn. Working closely with the Service Manager, the Service Co-ordinator will assist with the day to day co-ordination of the service, in accordance with, service specifications, all legal requirements and the national Codes of Practice for Social Care Workers and Employers.

You will hold an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare SCQF level 6 and be willing to work towards SCQF level 9 or SCQF level 7 and PDA in Health and Social Care Supervision. The successful candidate will have considerable experience of delivering care, assessment, care planning and review. Experience of supervising a team in a social care setting or similar setting is desirable. A driving licence is essential for this post.

The successful candidate will be required to participate in the service on call rota, for which an additional payment is made.
