Volunteer Board Members

The Dove Centre is a social day centre based in Wester Hailes which seeks to provide services to anyone aged over 50 in the Wester Hailes and surrounding areas. We provide transport, meals and activities and additionally provide transport to other not for profit organisations in the west of Edinburgh.

We are looking to add one or two people to our management board. We currently hold meetings once a quarter so it’s not a time consuming commitment! If you live or work in the Wester Hailes area, have an interest in and enthusiasm for supporting elderly people and have experience of working in HR, health, social care or running a charity, we would love to hear from you! Please note that this an unpaid, voluntary role.
