LAMH is a charitable company who have been delivering community based mental health services in the Lanarkshire area since 1983.
An opportunity has arisen to work in an innovative new service working with Primary Care Mental Health nurses and G.P. practices across Lanarkshire.
We are looking to recruit Mental Health & Wellbeing Workers to deliver person centred individual support to people in contact with Primary Care Mental Health Nurses or G.P. practice teams who may be experiencing stressful social circumstances that are having a negative impact on their mental health and wellbeing.
You will support people to help them identify and achieve personal outcomes and priorities that they would like to address and link them to local and national resources and services as required
Driving Licence and access to a car are essential
