Mental Health & Wellbeing Practitioner - WELL Aberdeen

Salary: £22,426 – £23,635 per annum (£11.50 - £12.12p/h)

Special conditions: Lone working, local travel, be able to work evenings up to 1am, and weekends upon a rota basis. Appointment dependent on Police Scotland vetting procedures.

Aberdeen WELL (Well Empowered Linked Locally) will provide direct access to a community-based team of Practitioners and volunteers. The team will work with Partners to provide short-term support and will connect people to appropriate support agencies and community resources. The team will also develop peer networks so that people have access to support within their local areas from people with lived experience.

Demonstrating a commitment to values-base practice and as part of a wider locality team, you will support the successful implementation and delivery of high-quality services that make a positive difference to people.
