Would you like a fantastic new career in health and social care?

Why not start your day hoping to make a difference and end your day knowing you did!

We are currently looking to increase our staff resource in the Tain area and are looking for people who can help our supported individuals to achieve their own positive outcomes. We are therefore looking to recruit new Bank Staff to join the team to provide flexible support.

We support 8 women with a variety of conditions that mean they require support including; Autism, Learning Disability, Communication Needs, Anxiety, Epilepsy and Mental Health Issues.

Each person we support is unique so each support role will be different to the next, giving you the chance to really make a difference in that individuals life.

As a Bank member of staff you will cover staff leave, training, sickness and any other staff absences. The Senior Support Worker, who is responsible for the rota, will contact you to see if you are available to help out. As you are not required to do shifts, you can pick and choose the hours/shifts that suit you and work around your other commitments.

The service operates over 24hrs a day, with early, late, mid, waken night and sleepover shifts available.

Please apply below and let The Richmond Fellowship Scotland work with you to progress your career and help provide the best possible care and support to the individuals we support.
