Childcare Service Manager

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and committed person to join our team to effectively manage a cluster of 4 part time ASN groups.

This is an exciting, fast-moving role within a team of experienced and committed people.

This is a full time position for an individual who has, or is working towards, a BA Childhood Practice or equivalent, and will have sound knowledge and understanding of all relevant frameworks and be able to enhance this with quality assurance, monitoring, observations and self-evaluation.

The Service Manager will have 2 years post-qualification experience and be expected to provide high quality, flexible childcare for families, and oversee the operation of the service(s) to the highest standards, ensuring that the best possible environments and care are provided for young children. It will also be expected that the Service Manager ensure that the service(s) meets the Registration and Inspection requirements, including promoting high quality through the provision of, and taking part in, appropriate team monitoring and training.
