Argyll and Bute Council are looking to recruit a full-time ICT Engineer to join our ICT Desktop team. This is an exciting role based in Willowview Centre, Oban and working with a dynamic team which has a strong focus on customer service.

You will be responsible for providing hardware and software support including first and second-line operational support, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of service requests, issues and incidents.

You must have up to date experience and strong skills centering on Microsoft operating systems, desktop applications and Microsoft 365 environment. Ideally, you will have experience in scripting and remote support along with excellent customer service experience and overall strengths in technical, troubleshooting and communication skills.
