The Council’s Property Design Team are seeking to recruit a Property Officer/Clerk of Works to provide mainly Clerk of Works duties for a project on one of our islands.  Property Services are therefore seeking a highly motivated person who has a determination to succeed and deliver first class results with a strong customer focus.  The role requires someone who has the ability to balance a diverse workload, prioritise tasks, plan and meet deadlines.  The successful candidate should also be able to work to their own initiative, with minimum supervision, and as part of a team. 

The post holder is required to travel effectively and efficiently throughout Argyll and Bute and beyond to meet the needs of the service.
