Job Description

To manage, as a single locality manager, the Integrated Learning Disability Team (Nursing, AHP & Social Work) and supervise professionally qualified and support staff, responsible for the direct delivery of Integrated Learning Disability Team service.

 

To will lead and manage the operational aspects Adult Support & Protection practice within the team.

 

To operate as of a partnership management team for Learning Disability services that combined the Service Manager and 2 Team Manager posts deployed across the HSCP area.

 

 To contribute to the management and continued development of the Integrated Learning Disability Service, across the partnership area in providing professional/development support to Nursing & AHP staff across the two partnership teams.

 

To deploy effectively the resources (budget and staff) for which the manager is directly responsible To manage and develop the Integrated Service, consistent with National drivers (e.g. ‘Keys to Life'), legislative frameworks including Mental Health Act, Adult Support and Protection and Adults with Incapacity and the local 'Partnership in Practice' agreement and policies and procedures associated with the Councils, Social Services and NHS Forth Valley and to work with others to promote services in partnership.
