Cleaner, Perceval Square Toilets, Stornoway
10 hours per week, Permanent Post
£7,076 to £7,149 per annum (inclusive of £741 Distant Islands Allowance per annum)
The postholder will work across 7 days, working 1 hour in the morning and 2 hours in the evening as per the rota.
General cleaning duties including the maintenance of floors, cleaning and dusting of furniture and fittings in Perceval Square Public Convenience, cleaning and disinfecting of toilets. The range of cleaning duties includes washing, sweeping, emptying bins, polishing and dusting of designated areas, fixtures and fittings in the Perceval Square Public Convenience.
You should have previous experience of working in a similar post and an understanding of the cleaning requirements of commercial premises. You should have good communication skills and the ability to use own initiative.
Salary for the above post is inclusive of Distant Islands Allowance. Appointment to the post will be on the first point of the grade.
