We are looking to recruit a full-time Principal Teacher within Heathhall Primary School starting in May 2024 for a period of up to one year. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for a challenge and wishing to gain experience in a management role and be part of the Management Team.

This position may be suitable for a Secondment, Line Management approval should be sought before applying for the position.

As a Principal Teacher you will provide effective learning and teaching and carry out related activities and developments following local, national, and school policies under the direction of the Headteacher.

This post forms part of Dumfries Learning Town schools and/or The Bridge to deliver courses as part of the BGE and /or senior phase curriculum as appropriate to meet the needs of our learners.
