Supporting the Team Leader in the day-to-day co-ordination, assessment, inspection and management of all Building Standards verification, enforcement and licensing work ensuring the effective performance management of case work in order to assist with the promotion, delivery and integration of the key objectives in relation to those identified within the Governance Service's Service Plan and the Community Plan.

This is a permanent full time post based at The Opera House, 8 John Finnie Street, Kilmarnock.
Hours of work are 9am - 5pm Monday - Thursday & 9am - 4pm Friday.
Annual Salary - £34,307 - £37,510
