An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional to join our friendly and supportive HR team in the role of Senior HR Officer. This role is offered on a fixed term basis and will support the Health and Social Care Partnership during a period of increased demand in service.

The role holder will assist us to deliver the Council’s People Strategy supporting and coaching managers with organisational change, transformation and service reviews as well as providing advice and support across a full spectrum of HR matters.

We’re looking for a suitably qualified HR professional who has significant up to date HR and organisational change experience gained in a complex organisation. This role will regularly engage with the Senior Management Team and will work across a number of different service areas within the Health and Social Care Partnership to support the above strategy areas meaning no two days are the same. This is a varied role and we’re looking for someone who is flexible, solutions focused, a completer-finisher and has an adaptable approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

This role will require travel to different sites across East Renfrewshire and we can accommodate a degree of hybrid working with some hours worked at home, depending on the needs of the service.

Consideration would be given to anyone wishing to undertake a secondment from partnership organisations such as but not limited to local government, leisure trusts and the NHS.
