We are looking for an energetic and committed individual who has the management and leadership skills required to take a team of assessment and care management staff through significant change while ensuring that core business and professional standards are encouraged and maintained. You will understand the need to balance and manage risk while supporting staff to find more creative solutions in partnership with the individuals they support.

You will provide good supervision to your team, identify and address their development needs, and fully comprehend the balance between person centred approach and statutory duty. We are a HSCP undergoing exciting transformational change where frontline voices are valued. We are committed to person centred and person led approaches which deliver effective personal outcomes for people. We recognise the role team managers play and are looking for someone to help shape and be part of our future.

This post is considered Regulated Work with Children and Protected Adults, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007.  It is an offence to apply if you are barred from working with children and protected adults. 

This post requires Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) registration. You must currently have registration or eligibility to apply from commencement of employment (you must complete registration within the first 6 months of employment).
