Welcome to Perth and Kinross Council.

Perth & Kinross Council is one of the most scenic and diverse local authority areas spanning some of the most remote and spectacular Highland landscapes anywhere in Scotland, which, together with our many villages, busy towns and the city of Perth at its heart, offer many options for living and leisure

Everyone has something to offer!

Our citizens are at the heart of everything we do. The Perth and Kinross Offer sets out how we, together with local communities will deliver on our ambition to recognise that everyone in Perth and Kinross has something to offer.

To deliver on the Offer, we rely on a committed, creative and diverse workforce.  Our values and behaviours – Ambition, Compassion and Integrity - describe the way we do things and influence the way we work with each other as well as the people and communities we serve.

In return, we are committed to staff development and career progression, can offer flexibility in working arrangements, excellent employee benefits and health and wellbeing support. You can find out more in our Working Here information.

We are committed to promoting equality and diversity and welcome applications from everyone.  Find out more in our Equalities page.
