The Employability Service are looking to recruit an Employability Team Leader (temp until March 2025)

The above post holder will provide strategic and operational management to the team ensuring Corporate and national objectives are met. The post holder will have responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Pre Employability Team and provide leadership and effective management of the team to ensure appropriate support is in place for people who require additional help to access the labour market and progress into sustainable employment, including young people, people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities or mental health challenges.

Essential

Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline or evidence of comparable experience and training.

A current driving licence and use of a vehicle is an essential requirement of this post.
