Requirements
Are you an experienced and motivated social work manager who can lead and support service delivery and provide high quality support and supervision to a team of various professionals?
We have an opportunity for you to join us to work as part of a team managing the Adult Services assessment and care management operations within the Rutherglen and Cambuslang Locality. This includes statutory work under Adult Support and Protection (Scotland) Act 2000 as well as Adults with Incapacity (Scotland) Act 2007.
You should be an experienced social work practitioner or an existing social work manager who wishes to extend their knowledge and experience. As Operational Manager you will deliver a quality service, while ensuring effective use of resources are maintained and within approved budgets. Regular supervision is provided by the Fieldwork Manager and full support will be offered to the successful candidate by the Adult and Older People's Services Management Team.

Qualifications
You must be registered as a social worker with Scottish Social Services Council and hold a Degree in Social Work qualification or equivalent.
