Job Description

An exciting opportunity for a customer focused individual to manage mid-market rental properties on behalf of Stirling Council’s Steadfast Homes LLP. With the long term future of the portfolio now secured, Stirling Council is seeking a Mid-Market Rent Officer who will provide the highest standard of service in full compliance with The Letting Agent Code of Practice (Scotland) Regulations 2016 and ensure that the high standard of accommodation provided across the portfolio of over 130 properties continues to maintained to the highest standards.


Along with excellent written and oral communication skills, you will have a working knowledge of the Private Residential Tenancy regime, Rent Deposit regulations and The Letting Agent Code of Practice. You will have proven organisational skills, along with the ability to be flexible in your response to demands as required. You will provide and present regular monitoring and performance reports to the Board of Management of Steadfast Homes LLP.

Applicants must hold the qualification for letting residential properties (CIH Level 3 or SCQF Level 6 or above) as required by The Letting Agent Code of Practice or be qualified to CIH Level 4 as a minimum along with a requirement to achieve qualification in compliance with The Letting Agent Code of Practice within 12 months of appointment.
