The Administration Assistant provides an efficient and effective administration support service across Shetland UHI. This role requires a degree of flexibility: you will be primarily based in our Lerwick Campus but may be required to provide support in our Scalloway Campus.
The main areas of responsibility include:
- Student records administration
- Student information systems
- General administration duties
- Reception duties
The post holder will work mainly as a member of a team in the Lerwick Campus main office and should the need arise will be expected to undertake other duties to ensure the smooth running of the office and to assist with reception on a rotational basis.
The preferred candidate will be required to join the PVG (Children) Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update prior to starting appointment.
