ABOUT THE JOB

To undertake vetting enquiries for Police Officers, Police Staff, Special Constables and non-Police personnel within the framework of the National Vetting Policy and Procedures to ensure an acceptable level of assurance as to the integrity of those individuals concerned. To assist in the implementation and maintenance of the Force Vetting Policy and associated procedures.

ABOUT YOU

You will be educated to Higher Grades or where no formal qualifications exist, proven experience at an equivalent level.

Experience of researching, developing and analysing information from a range of databases.

Able to show evidence behind decision-making.

Demonstrates a commitment to handling sensitive information in a secure manner.

High level of personal integrity.

These full time posts are permanent and require Management Vetting and Security Check (SC) vetting. You will work 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
