ABOUT THE JOB

The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Executive Personal Assistant.

Deliver a comprehensive and confidential executive support service to the Director of SPA Forensic Services and the Senior Management Team.

Ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in all areas of work.

Ensuring that all required information is prepared, collated and responded to in a timeous manner, and will develop and maintain relationships across SPA Forensic Services, the Authority, Police Scotland, Scottish Government and other key stakeholders using strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure delivery of priorities.

ABOUT YOU

You will be educated to HNC level or equivalent with relevant experience a similar environment OR in the absence of formal qualifications, proven relevant experience is required within a similar role.

You will have excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong decision making and problem solving skills.

You will have excellent planning and organisational skills with ability to effectively manage competing priorities.

You will have significant relevant experience within a related business environment, as well as experience of an office environment at Executive/Senior Management Level.

This full time post is permanent and is subject to standard Recruitment Vetting checks.

You will work 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 09:00 – 17:00.
