Salary £33,893 - £39,563 per annum

We currently have a temporary vacancy for Property Services Officer, based in Lomond

The successful applicant needs to have a minimum of three higher grades or a recognised construction trade qualification. In addition, they need to have or be prepared to achieve an HNC in Housing Maintenance or a relevant construction related qualification at HNC level.

A minimum of 5 years’ experience of working in either a construction or social housing environment along with membership of a professional or recognised trade body associated with Housing Maintenance or Construction would be an advantage.

The main purpose of this post is to deliver an effective repairs and maintenance service to properties and assets owned or managed by the Association in line with the organisation’s policies and procedures

As the job involves travelling between various locations within Argyll & Bute, a full valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use is essential.
