We are launching an exciting new initiative called Reach and Connect, a two-year project to build relationships with our customers and expand our support to our communities into the future, and are now looking for suitable candidates to help us move forward on this agenda.

Community Connector

Salary £30,692 to £35,886 per annum, Fixed Term for Two Years, 35 hours per week

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic individual who can support our communication activities as well as deliver our community engagement strategy. We believe that great people make a difference to our business and welcome interest from candidates from a range of backgrounds.

You will have excellent communication, interpersonal, project management and professional skills and be a team player with a positive attitude and clear customer focus. Ideally, you will have experience in the areas of communications, engagement and customer service.

The post holder will assist Atrium to advance its Tenant Engagement and Empowerment Strategy, engaging with tenants, local community groups and external stakeholders, to better understand their needs and aspirations for the services they receive, and to ensure their views are expressed and considered in the decision-making process, with future services tailored to meet their needs.

The successful candidate will be required to deliver a professional, reactive and proactive service to support the communication, values and objectives of Atrium. You will help to pull together content for our publications, website and social media, and design high-impact campaigns to communicate key messages to our customers about the services we provide.

You will also have strong skills in building relationships and experience of partnership working as well as good IT skills.
