So we need a Catering Team leader to be there for them, providing service with a smile, meeting and greeting, making them feel welcome and ensuring everyone has a great experience.
As Catering Team Leader you will take responsibility for all aspects of the catering front of house areas, actively coaching the team to deliver exceptional customer service. Help with food preparation, stock management and merchandising are all part of the job. The ability to be a good team player, an outgoing people person and enjoy working in a fast paced environment is essential.
A REHIS food hygiene certificate and previous hospitality experience are essential for this role.
