We are a diverse, dynamic, and exciting staff team that are looking for a talented and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Fundraising Officer. If you are keen to play a crucial role in ensuring our friendly, supportive team can continue to make a big difference to the lives of asylum seekers, refugees, and new migrants, then come and join us.

The Fundraising Officer will plan, implement, and deliver all critical tasks related to Trusts and Foundations, as well as other grant fundraising, and support the CEO in delivering our fundraising strategy and growing our charitable income.

Reporting to the CEO, the Fundraising Officer’s primary responsibility will be researching and writing compelling and accurate applications to Trusts and Foundations. The Fundraising Officer will also undertake fundraising administration, including excellent donor stewardship and ensuring all donors are properly thanked.

The successful candidate will have excellent literacy skills and be a confident and succinct writer. Additionally, they will have excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work on multiple tasks and priorities to meet deadlines is essential.

We are looking for someone who is warm, positive, creative, and accountable, with an ability to build positive relationships with funders, staff, clients, and partner agencies.

There is scope for rapid progression for the right candidate.
