Job Description

Varied, stimulating and challenging are words that describe the role of Health and Safety Advisor at South Lanarkshire Council.

An opportunity to lead the Council’s health and safety team has arisen and the Council is looking for a skilled individual to support and supervise the day to day running of the team as well as contributing to the longer term planning for safety across the Council.

The 35 hour working week is flexible to include a mixture of home and office based working. There are up to 33 days annual leave (depending on length of service) and 10 public holidays. A range of family friendly policies are also in place to support the best possible work life balance.
