£30,921 to £35,800 + Essential Car User Allowance (PAY AWARD PENDING)

Key Housing Association is a Registered Social Landlord which predominately provides housing to people with disabilities across many areas of Scotland.

The successful candidate will join our existing small team responsible for delivering our repairs and planned property maintenance service. In this very rewarding role you will work in partnership with housing services and support team colleagues to deliver solutions that help our tenants to live full and independent lives. No two days will be the same and you will thrive in an environment that helps you to work autonomously and as part of a team.

The post will be based at our Glasgow office, and initially will provide a service in Renfrewshire, Inverclyde, Ayrshire and Dumfries and Galloway. The post is full time (35 hours per week) and we operate a flexible approach to working.

We are looking for someone with a sound technical background and knowledge of construction and working with contractors and managing contracts.

Importantly, the post requires a commitment to achieve continuous improvement in the delivery of services to our tenants.

You must have access to a suitable vehicle during working hours and either hold a valid current driving licence or be able to make alternative arrangements.
