C.O.J.A.C. Centre

C.O.J.A.C. provides social, recreational, leisure and learning opportunties for children, young people and adults affected by disability and complex support needs. We do this out of school for children and young people up to age 18 years. We provide adult evening groups in our centre three times a week with collection and return home.
