For older people, or those with life-limiting conditions, there’s nowhere better to live than in the comfort of their own home. Surrounded by their memories and supported by a live-in carer, every single client gets to live their very best life, in the place they love most.
There’s nowhere better than The Good Care Group. We are the market leader for live-in care. Our recognition and awards are proof of our determination to be the best live-in care provider in the UK. We have been rated ‘excellent’ for care and support and ‘very good’ for staffing by the Care Inspectorate in Scotland. We have also achieved the highest ratings the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in England can give - five Outstanding ratings in all categories! We are immensely proud and thankful for the dedication and sustained efforts of our whole team.
There’s nowhere better to care than in the business that’s going places, supported by a team and technology that are second to none. You’ll grow your skills in a high-performance culture that truly respects your ideas, inspiration and individuality. There’s nowhere better to train for the future. Our five-day induction is market leading and confidence boosting.
There’s nowhere better to work. We believe that maintaining a healthy balance between live-in care work and your personal life, helps you perform at your best. And when you perform at your best, you should get the best rewards. Our employment packages are industry-leading and offer a great range of benefits, including paid annual leave, 24/7 support and flexible rota patterns.
Join our team and you will receive the very best in training and support from a team who are here for you 24/7, looking after you so that you can make a real difference to others. As a live-in carer, you will stay with one client for a full rota and not move from home to home, meaning your full attention and interaction will be with the same client. Professional carers join us from a variety of backgrounds and countries. The vacancies we have for live-in carers are based in the UK, however as well as recruiting carers who reside in the UK, we also recruit carers who reside in other parts of the world as long as they are eligible to work in the UK.
If you have experience of providing personal care in a professional capacity, we'd love to hear from you. We’re looking for either a minimum 6 months’ professional care experience such as live-in carer, domiciliary carer, care assistant, support worker or personal healthcare assistant or similar.
The Good Care Group is an equal opportunities employer.
