We are looking for skilled and motivated individuals who are capable of working in a multi-disciplinary context to deliver positive outcomes for young people, families, adults and communities.

As a Youth, Family and Community Learning Worker you will work alongside colleagues to develop and deliver a diverse range of social and personal development opportunities to improve life chances and achieve positive outcomes for individuals and communities in a variety of settings including communities, YFCL establishments and schools. Your work will be managed and directed by Youth, Family and Community Learning Service Officers.

You will participate in building and sustaining effective and appropriate partnerships to ensure effective service delivery within a local area or project.

In addition, we would welcome applications from individuals with skills in the creative arts, music, drama, sports, outdoor learning and STEM.
