GCIL (Glasgow Centre for Inclusive Living) is a Disabled People’s Organisation with over 30 years’ experience supporting individuals across the west of Scotland to live independently. We help people who receive Self-Directed Support manage their care in a way that suits their needs, including recruiting Personal Assistants (PAs) and managing employment responsibilities. Through this work, we advertise PA roles on behalf of individual employers, supporting both employers and applicants to create positive, person-centred working arrangements.
