Hebridean Housing Partnership became a Registered Social Landlord on 12th September 2006 following the transfer of the Comhairles housing stock.

HHP is a charitable not-for-profit housing association governed by a board of 13 members.
HHP’s challenge now is to deliver on the commitments made to tenants. The Business Plan outlines our investment programme which will help HHP meet the Hebridean Housing Standard by 2015. The improvements will not just be to the fabric of tenants’ homes but we shall build on the Comhairle’s excellent work in involving tenants in key decision through the membership of tenants of the Board and the Area Committees and working with the Western Isles Residents Forum and its constituent Resident Groups.

HHP can make a real impact on our communities over the lifetime of the Business plan in improving standards of rented housing, providing new homes and creating employment opportunities in the construction industry.

The Hebridean Housing Partnership is a not-for-profit housing association registered with the Scottish Housing Regulator.

It manages over 2200 rentable properties across the Western Isles of Scotland.

HHP is managed by a Board of 13 members. All Board members are voluntary.

The day to day running of HHP is carried out by an Executive Teambased at Gleann Seileach Business Park, Willowglen, Stornoway.
